While new insurance cards will no longer be issued after December 2nd, current insurance cards can be used for up to one year. Those without My Number Cards will automatically receive a "Qualification Certificate" (valid for about 5 years). Please bring this during your visit. Those with My Number Cards who prefer not to use them for insurance purposes (elderly, disabled, etc.) can apply for a "Qualification Certificate". Please consult the reception desk for any questions. - October 1, 2024 ▶ The breast clinic doctor on Tuesday afternoons has changed from Dr. Shimada to Dr. Daijo and Dr. Mine (alternate weeks).
