☆Regarding consultations after December 2
While new insurance cards will no longer be issued after December 2, current insurance cards can still be used for up to one year.
After that, those without My Number Cards will automatically receive a "Qualification Certificate" (valid for about 5 years). Please bring this with you when visiting.
Even My Number Card holders who prefer not to use it as health insurance card (elderly, disabled, etc.) can apply for a "Qualification Certificate".
